I found the reception very pleasant. No complaints about the two units i stayed in. Helpful to have airport shuttle service. Would stay there again. Easy access to units with a wheelie walker.

Being woken up very early Wednesday morning by a …. Rubbish truck emptying a steel rubbish bin. They should have put the bin nearer the street

Overall great!
Very helpful staff. My only suggestion to travelers is if you would like a pickup from the airport, call 15 minutes before you need the ride as it takes him 15 - 20 minutes to get to the airport, even if you have booked ahead.

Good nights rest
The room was clean, comfortable and had all that I needed for my overnight stay. I was disappointed at the 20 dollar charge per hour to arrange an early check in, I didn’t use it. Also although there was on the website a charge for airport shuttle, the minibus is still showing as free on the side. That said I enjoyed my nights rest and would stay again.

We needed a bed for the night - a flight coming in one day and another leaving the next. this hotel was nice and close - but when our flight got changed to after midnight - it was hard to find transportation to take us that wasn't an arm and a leg. (hotel transport was closed for the night),finally a nice fella organized a ride with the downtown bus, to drop us off.
