The Staff was excellent - Very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Our room was bright and comfortable. Location was excellent. Will definitely stay heere next time I am in Auckland.

Exceptional value and a wonderful stay! I received a warm greeting upon checking in early after a very long international flight. Despite the fact that I arrived several hours before the check-in start time, the friendly staff generously allowed me to have my room right away, which was a lifesaver. My room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and loaded with amenities. This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had anywhere. Impressive.

Staff were the highlight
Clean room, very comfy bed, very helpful and accommodating staff. Good location too. View was a bit depressing (alleyway), but that's the nature of some rooms, isn't it? And the desk lamp rattled a lot on the glass desktop. But these are small things. Great place!

The reception allowed me an earlier check in which was very convenient after a long flight. They were always friendly and helpful greeting me whenever I passed by during my stay. The hotel room is well appointed modern and new and had nice sized fridge supplied cutlery and plates. The room cleaning staff were wonderful and kept the room well during my stay. I was dissatisfied with the one news channel only available which was unsuitable. The area location was wonderful and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel ad will stay here again in the future.

Clean and comfy
Very clean and comfortable hotel. Loved the large shower and comfy bed. Convenient location to everything in the city. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Auckland.
