Knoxville location is top notch in customer service. The food court/Starbucks people are very nice. great experience!

Mar 1, 2020

The plane was hot and loud. Seemed old

Feb 17, 2020

The flight attendant was very friendly.

Feb 17, 2020

The seats were super uncomfortable. Not enough padding in the seat portion.

Feb 13, 2020

very pleasant ride

Feb 3, 2020

Overall nice flight. And what would have made it better is a little better service in Knoxville when checking bag with clearer communication on next steps. Also, paid extra for bulkhead seats and when we went to board, found out the seats that I online checked in and paid for were not even available on my flight. Got moved. It worked out.

Feb 2, 2020

Froze my rear off because cold air was flowing between a vertical separation in the paneling in wall Seat 9a. Needs to be fixed. Would feel good in summer. Not so good in winter. Too old for this.

Early to gate but not ready

Recently I had to go to NM for a funeral. I used United to fly there & back. I just wanted to say that it was over all a good experience. The planes were small & crowded for three of the four flights but I'm not really concerned with that. We did have an hour delay but I still caught my connection & the delay was for deicing. I'd rather be delayed for that then be on time & have the plane fall out of the sky. The flight attendant on all four flights were super friendly nice & well dressed. I'm a big girl & no one made me feel uncomfortable about it. But what really prompted me to write a review was David from baggage service. I forgot my scarf on the plane. Now a scarf isn't really a life or death matter but still. When I walked into baggage service there was a woman already there. David said hello to me & that it would be just a minute. The women's luggage had been damaged. David helped her get the info she needed & all the instructions to get help after she talked to the insurance company. He was super nice & helpful. Then it was my turn. He called the plane but they had already taken off & didn't answer the phone. Now I expected him to say something like, I'm sorry let me take your contact info & I'll call you later. No he called the gate. & guess what. The flight attendant had actually found my scarf & given it to the gate. Now I know this us basic customer service but nowadays this basic courtesy is usually lacking. Its missing for several reasons like over worked & under paid employees. But David takes his job seriously & cares about all of us who have had the misfortune to have to come to him. He realizes we are unfortunate & chooses to help us find a light to help us through. I hope he has a great year & that fortune finds him & all the people at United that help us have the best experience flying.

Don’t sit next to the bathroom on the plane

I didn't like that no seat was assigned until checking in at counter on connecting flight.
