The room was nice and clean. It was difficult getting the heat turned on. There were no instructions, we had to figure it out on our own. No room service. The hotel itself was not in the best condition. Lots of things needed attention. Staff was friendly. Parking was unexpected, and expensive. Location was great. Bed was comfortable.
