Very disappointing that the restaurant/bar area was closed. Given 2 drink tickets to have a beverage or coffee but out of coffee and the espresso machine was not working. What a joke of customer service or service recovery.

Worst hotel EVER! Misrepresentation on ALL fronts. I expected an indulgent boutique hotel. This place has NOTHING except a clean room. No bar, no restaurant. No service. Horrible concierge and no attempt to make ANYTHING right. Do NOT stay here.

Every staff member we met was very nice. The hotel is beautiful and has fun amenities. The staff from the parking garage/ house car were amazing! Very short wait time for the house car, great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Those guys deserve raises, every single one of them!

they did not clean our room we only had decaf coffee options. the next morning no coffee or cups at all because they did not clean our room. very disappointing in that . I talked to the front desk and they were rude

Our room was given away before we arrived and I ended up sleeping on a pull out sofa couch before running in a half marathon the next morning. I paid to have two queen beds and that’s not what I received. For the incredibly high price, I expected better.
