Check in was very delayed and there was no communication. We had to constantly ask when the room would be free despite us arriving well after 4pm check in . We didn’t receive any house keeping and had to seek out housekeeping for new towels . Overall experience was all ok and staff pleasant .

The rooms were big and clean. The location was perfect, close to Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, shops, and restaurants. We were on the 7th floor facing the street; there were fire trucks and ambulance noises all night, which I realize is not Hyatt's fault. Downtown is just noisy.
