Staff was extremely friendly and the shuttle service was great. There is A LOT of construction going on around the building that starts at 5am. This made it very difficult to sleep past 5am. I know that is out of the hotels control but definitely put a damper on our trip. The bathroom also had quite a bit of mold in it and the cleanliness of the room so not the best. Overall not bad but not a great stay.

The parking lot and side weren’t cleared of snow and ice which was extremely dangerous. I also learned on my bill they charged me for parking in their hotel lot. That is criminal.

Thaw staff was very friend and helpful helping answer any questions we had about the area. They all had a smile on their face which made it feel very welcoming. Would definitely stay here again

I loved that it was like new .Very centraly located .Staff was great front desk and kitchen staff went the extra mile.Rooms were great only no microwVe and 20$ to park other than that it was great.

All the guests that had 3:00 pm check in had to wait at least 30 minutes before receiving a room due to staffing complications in the hotel.
