Purposely stayed downtown so we could walk. Property was convenient, clean, friendly.

Great location to downtown Nashville, 2 blocks from Broadway action. Restaurant and bar were closed for renovations, so really no amenities to speak of. Starbucks on site, but was closed one day so had go down the block for coffee. Price was a little high for what you get, but overall stay was good.

The hotel was very clean. But one of the reasons we booked this hotel was because it had an on-site restaurant. Hoping to wake up and grab breakfast. At almost $500 a night, their restaurant was closed for renovations. No notification of this, nothing posted online. Was highly disappointed. With Nashville being as busy as it is, having that restaurant onsite was important when we booked. There were no luggage carts available when we were leaving and we were parked almost a block away. A 2 night stay and we paid about $1000 just for 2 double beds. The only good part was we were only a 2 block walk from the main strip.

Felt uncomfortable being approached in the hotel lobby by beggars. No security guard on duty to deal with potential threats. Floor 11 hall way noticeably smelled like cigarette smoke The valet and front desk personnel were exceptional and we would come back and stay just because of them. Our room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water.

The room was great, the renovations mean there is no in-building food available. Once the renovations are complete I suspect it will be great.
