The beds are uncomfortable, cracks on the arch walking in, cracks on the outside by all the windows. It’s run down.

The beds were very comfortable. The hot breakfast in the morning was very good. The pool was nice. I did not like the location. Pretty far out from downtown. There is no restaurant or bar at this hotel and nothing within walking distance.

From the time we got there until the time we left it was great! Morning breakfast good and afternoon cocktails, what place gives you upon check in tickets for free drinks everyday you are there for happy hour!!! There was always people cleaning. Room was great and beds were super comfy. Had a view of the courtyard and pool! Everything was perfect and everyone was very nice and helpful!!!!!

Very good experience with customer service. Room was comfortable and clean. Close to Grand Old Opry and Country Music Association Museum and RCA Studio B And Downtown. Would stay here again ☺️

the only thing we liked was that the beds were comfortable, the pool was open, and there was a hot breakfast. the eggs were awful tho. the hotel smelled like smoke on every hall and is very out dated. the noise level was at a 10 and we weren't able to sleep at all. the phone im the room was not working to call the front desk for any service. and the housekeeper rushed us out the room mins before check out time. I will not come back here ever again.
