zero communication. Please know that this complaint is not about being unable to check in early! We arrived early and asked if it was possible to check in early. We were told they were very busy but would try. Waited an hour and a half asked again. She advised nothing was available and would now put us on a list. She could not give us any idea of how long. Another hour and a half and I was told we were next on the list for that particular room type and we could wait in the lobby. the manager must have passed us 5 times and never even acknowledged us. Another hour and I ask again and was told nothing until check in at 4 pm. We had arrived prior to 8am.We sat in that lobby for over 4 hours as she made it sound as if there would be a room ready shortly. had she told us from the start we would have left our bags and started our day. We were told that we would be texted or called when our room was ready. Never received a call. Had to call back after check in time to find out that the room was ready. We then spoke with someone else about our displeasure who again said she would look into the matter and contact us and that never happened. I completely understand that there was zero guarantee that we could check in early and I had no problem with that. The lack of communication, dismissive attitude and the wasted time sitting in a lobby is just horrible customer service. Needless to say, we will not be staying there again.
