Disappointed We did not have adequate air in our room. Told front desk and there was a misunderstanding. They rewarded points instead of giving my money back or at least offering a discount for our discomfort. Points mean nothing to me as I don’t plan on staying with the Hilton again. They would not budge. Note that if you book on an app, the first thing hotels do is say that can’t give you a refund you have to go through app. I was told that and it did not pan out when the app folk tried calling the hotel back. They still denied a refund.
