The hotel was just dirty. The carpets in the hallways and elevator looked like they have never been cleaned. Our room had crumbs on the couch, the bathroom mirror was dirty and spotted, and the bathtub had mold all around the soup holder.

Shuttle to Broadway St. Indoor pool hot tub, bar & cook to order breakfast with a great male host. Check in is at 4:00 PM. Travelocity will tell you 3 PM & so will the hotel (depending on who you get). A short, unfriendly man with a beard hanging from his mask said as he ignored me & walked away with a can of Corona killer to put the final spray on my room. A very nice Male guest services man smoothed things over & assured me the room was getting the final touches. But I got a free day of parking for the misinformation & hassle, even though I didn’t drive there. Room was clean. Smelled like the Corona killer spray the short unpleasant man walked away with while ignoring me. Room had the sealed sticker on it to keep Corona out I had to break free to get in. We had a jacuzzi tub room. Use #1, fired that baby up and it sounded like a WWI plane giving its all to make it back to base. Then it wouldn’t turn off. The button was stuck, water shooting all over. I called the front desk & told them it was broken & the button was stuck down & they said they would “be right up.” 45 mins later a nice man told me it was “broken & the button was truck down.” So, we used the GFI shut off switch the next 4 days. (Upon further review it was wet & moldy & eventually came back up when it dried out). When we checked out & told the front desk no one ever fixed it, they closed the room & again gave me a night of free parking. I DIDNT DRIVE so then they took off all 4 days parking! How nice!

Horrible Hilton I’ve ever stayed in. Nobody enforced the masks and they didn’t offer any room cleaning. All amenities closed and breakfast isn’t included unless you want to pay $12 for a coffee and banana. Hotel front was unprofessional. Also they charge an extra $32 to park in their literal parking lot. Love Hilton, but would never recommend this hotel.

While it is always great to read the exceptional experiences of most of our guests, it is imperative that we learn of any areas of opportunity so we may grow and improve. As with a great amount of hotel in the country, our amenities are some what limited s due to COVID. Breakfast at the Hilton Garden Brand hotels are not complimentary.
