One staff member would not offer solutions on how to get the virtual card that Travelocity provided to work properly to pay our bill. He only offered excuses. Also a fire alarm went off at 1am and the front desk had no idea what caused it. It took over 10 minutes to stop and then you could still hear it on other floors. Not a favorite place to stay!

The best part of our stay was the staff!! Very helpful especially True, Nikki and Alex. When you are traveling with a special needs person it is sometimes hard to find someone who can be helpful. All these individuals made this trip wonderful and made it so we want tomo e to the area.
