Flight Review

Mar 22, 2020

I especially liked the wheel chair option. I’m 85. I’m able to walk, but am a little worried traveling alone. Their help was absolutely wonderful!!!

Mar 11, 2020

Our gate agent in Detroit was helpful & delightful!

Mar 9, 2020

Room for music instrument a plus!

Mar 9, 2020

My only issue is that my flight was at 5:30 and their staff arrived to their desk at 5am. That is unacceptable. I made it on time and or avoid the long the lines because we had pre-checking

Mar 8, 2020

Easy check in

Mar 7, 2020

Mar 5, 2020

Great low coat airline!!

Mar 5, 2020

WiFi was very poor, we were in first class, the WiFi was very bad even when I paid 10 dollars to upgrade my WiFi, I spent most of the flight trying to watch something on my phone and it never happened. I finally gave up.

Mar 3, 2020

The gate agents in CCL were super great, friendly, and fun!

Mar 1, 2020

Unfortunately I could not use the earbuds that I purchased as they didn’t fit my Iphone7. Disappointing I couldn’t watch a movie 😕

Feb 29, 2020

Airlines should not have reduced seat room for the sake of making more money. Not customer friendly.

Feb 29, 2020

Make sure your devices are charged. Planes didn't have charger ports

How to get through airport security fast when traveling to Nashville

Make your flight to Nashville a little easier by reading over these helpful security tips:

  • Ensure your travel ID and boarding pass are easy to access. You'll be required to produce them straightaway.
  • Coins, belts and wrist watches must be put in a tray for X-raying. If you pass through the body scanner with any of these items, you'll be instructed to turn back and remove them.
  • Electronic devices such as laptops, cameras and phones will need to be sent through the X-ray machine separately. Be sure you can get to them quickly.
  • Traveling with your favorite cologne? As long as it contains no more than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) and it's stored in a clear zip-lock bag, you can keep it in your carry-on luggage.
  • Give some thought to your choice of footwear. Slippers are great because they're super easy to slip out of when you're at the security checkpoint. Try wearing a pair on your next flight!
  • Stash any multi-tools or other pointy metal items inside your checked luggage. Airport security won't permit such things in carry-on baggage.
