They were doing outside renovations that looked very nice:however, in room 504 there were dried up contacts on the bathroom floor. No grab bars by toilet area nor in tub area I came very close to slipping 3 separate times. I also noticed the smoke alarm lights were off, when checked to see if it worked, it fell apart, and we were placed on the 5th floor. Told the front desk person and she said she'd take care of it but then went back to texting. There were a quite a few people there for the night with only 1 elevator. 5 floors and 1 elevator, and lastly, to service the entire clientele, there was 1 ice machine an the 1st floor.

The staff were very nice and there was a good selection of breakfast. Lobby was nice. The room was spacious with a kitchenette. My overall complaint was the cleanliness. It didn’t look like they wiped down the cupboards and they were quite dirty. There was also a ladybug infestation and didn’t look like they vacuumed (at least not all the way to the edges and there were quite a lot of dead ladybugs) The kitchenette table was quite wobbly. The hallways were dirty and smelled like weed and the late night parties were pretty loud. The sheets and towels were clean. Overall, it was just a few steps too far for my preference and usually I’m fairly tolerable. Didn’t feel fresh after a long drive.
