This hotel was dreadfully mismanaged and staffed. Our room was clean, so much so that the room had to be aired out in order for us to be comfortable. If you’re sensitive to cleaning chemicals, it will be tough for you. For the rest of the hotel, it was not clean. We encountered many overfilled trash cans, litter and messes in all of the common areas we went. Additionally, we had an issue with some people congregating on our floor near the elevators, drinking beer and talking loudly after 9pm. Our room was directly across from the elevators, which didn’t help. After asking the individuals to move, and getting no response, I called the front desk with the room phone. 3 calls to the front desk went unanswered. Then I called from my cell phone and was immediately greeted by the front desk clerk, who said he would be up to resolve the issue. We heard someone get off the elevator and tell them to leave or quiet down, but the issue persisted. After another few minutes, we yelled at the noisy people to get out of there as the police would be called in a few minutes. Finally the issue was resolved. When I spoke to the front desk, the clerks didn’t apologize, and said they weren’t on shift at that time. In fact, one said it had happened the previous night as well. Another clerk mentioned that they knew of the issue, and inferred that those causing it may not even have been hotel guests. Extremely frustrating that the front desk staff knew about the issue and didn’t resolve

There was an awful smell, possibly urine, on the floor and room I stayed in during my stay. The front desk attendants were pleasant and informative. However, the elevator floors were dirty and it looked as if it hasn’t been mopped in a while. The room was cleaned but the smell wasn’t pleasant at all. There was only one lamp that worked. I probably won’t stay at that particular hotel again and it wasn’t worth the money I paid. This is my first bad experience with a Hilton property but this experience will not make me change my hotel preference. I will read more of the reviews.

* carpet, walls, HVAC vents dirty * Unrepaired hole in bathroom wall * Body wash dispenser in shower didn’t work * signs at all entrances require face masks, but nobody, including staff, was wearing masks. * Room doors have residue from a discontinued program indicating the room was sanitized. * Travelocity forwarded a message from the hotel to use the Hilton App to bypass check-in, but Hilton App doesn’t work with 3rd party reservations * Room was prepaid through Travelocity, but hotel insisted they weren’t paid and billed me again. * Pet area outside is very nice. * bed was comfortable * shower was hot and sufficient flow
