I know this property is under renovation so I hope they replace room lamps with usb & electric plugs for more convenience!!! Very few plugs in the room & the toilet seat was broken. Desk clerk told us the shower had shampoo & soap dispensers...NO!!! 3 people sharind 1 soap & 1 shampoo!!

The property was clean, but my TV didn’t work and the lady working at the desk was clueless about the situation and the only fix was to change rooms! I didn’t want to move 6 suitcases and pack up. Hotel restaurant was good and the bartender was very personable.

Had not heard of this hotel before our flights getting cancelled due to snow storm and scrambling to find a place to stay, While the hotel looked to be going under some renovation, it was clean and comfortable. The staff and hospitality was above and beyond! Due to said flight cancellations, the hotel was bombarded with last minutes room reservations. All the staff that was on duty at that time went above and beyond to do what ever was necessary to make everyone feel welcome and enjoy their stay. And our dinner was excellent! One of the best meals while in Nashville.

Don’t stay here unless you want your vehicle broke into and belongings stolen. My truck was parked directly in front of the lobby, with cameras aimed towards it. Window busted, paint scratched, door dented, multiple belongings stolen. Same night another truck was broke into. An employee had her window broke as well. According to the employees, they’ve had multiple break-ins. They also told me their cameras never work. They hired “security” to drive around the parking area after all the break-ins. Unfortunately called out from work last night. They also happen to call out the last time there were break-ins, which I found strange. Also, love how I was charged for “secure” parking. Bottom line, not a safe hotel to stay at.
