No tv in room, looked like it had been stolen. They upcharge for amenities like parking , tv, internet, pool etc. so don’t count on having a tv.. I was told oh, we over booked, some rooms don’t have tvs. There is no manager on duty but she left the staff a note so they knew what rooms didn’t have tvs but rented them anyway. Said no refund because went thru a third party. Phone in room did not work, so

Check in was an absolute joke. There probably isn't room here to put the whole experience, but I will be complaining to corporate. Then you get in the room and it's a ghetto. No lights in bathroom etc.. Wouldn't stay here again if it was the last hotel on earth and they paid me to stay here. Very upset.

People was friendly and the hotel was nice. The one thing I didn’t like was the hotel transportation. Also it does it pick up late evening nor resume until 7am so if you have an early morning flight you will have to find another source to get you there. I’m all about convenience.

We booked with Travelocity and knew there may be a $15 amenity charge it turned out to a nearly $70 charge. Had we known this ahead of time we would have stayed at a more expensive hotel that was near the event we were attending. When we got to our first room the key cards did not work. The second room the television did not work and their way “to make it right” was to put us is a THIRD room which at 1130 at night we declined.

Stacy, thank you so much for your review. We appreciate your feedback. The hotel amenity fee covers the WiFi, Pool, fitness center and parking that you won't receive at a downtown property. We apologize for the issues you experience in your rooms. I see you mention there were attempts to help fix the issues when they were mention to the desk. The hotel doesn't have a overnight maintenance person that could've fix the TV issue at 11:30pm. I hope the issue was resolved the next day of your stay.
