Website shows pool and breakfast listed as amenities. Neither were available due to “Covid”. Didn’t know that was a thing anymore and if these aren’t being offered, should be removed from site.

Was ok

Only 2 bath towels in the room, had to go ask for more. Continental breakfast was sad. They had little donuts which t2 kids took the entire bunch so no one else could have any. The milk and juice were warm.

The most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in!

Pros: Absolutely nothing!
Cons: I would recommend tearing the hotel down and rebuilding....immediately!
Location: The location was perfect. Close to Nashville, dining and gas stations. The area was great but the hotel was truly a disappointment.
We arrived and were met with a desk clerk who seemed to be bothered by the fact that he had a job to do, he was extremely unpleasent. First thing we seen in our FIRST room was a burnt/exploded microwave and cockroaches. There were two men outside the room drinking and playing music so loud we could barely hear each other talk. We immediately asked for a refund and were told that they were not authorized to return our money so we had to stay. The SECOND room wasn't much better. All the bed clothes had burn holes in them. The shower looked as though it had not been cleaned in months. The interior door lock looked as though it had been ripped off the door by the door being kicked in. Walls were dirty, shower curtain filthy, microwave and fridge covered in dirty fingerprints, molding missing and old cigarette butts laying on top of the shower walls. We were told by the front desk clerk after seeing the condition of the first room that he could tell we would be back to complain after he seen the look on our faces upon first arriving and that the room he gave us was his best. Our first morning there we woke to undercover police raiding a room and arresting guests. I wouldn't put my worst enemy in this hotel. I was completely disgusted by this place. The photos and reviews I had access to were completely mis-leading. Not only would I never stay again but I will never use Travelocity again as I rented this room based on info found on their travel site.

Worst hotel I"ve stayed at. Dirty and Rude!

The room was filthy. Food from people who previously stayed there was on the floor and behind the bed. One bed was broken and sunk to the floor when u sat on it. The comforters were filthy and one had a medium sized blood stain on it. The bathroom was full of hair in the tub/shower and floor. I spoke with the woman at the front desk and she didn't care. The woman who helped check me in was so rude to me acting like she wouldn't give me a room because I had to reschedule my resoravtion from the previous week. I had to argue with her to get the room and show her on my phone that they already charged my card for it when I booked it. Awful experience. It was disgusting and dirty.
