Great stay Has been refurbished

Easy check in with pleasant efficient staff Rooms clean and roomy Nicely refurbished Goodpressure in the shower Cleaning staff a bit slow to get to the daily room clean Presume they had to deal with checkouts first 3rd nite had to ask at 215 pm for room to be serviced Day prior they were getting to us at 3:30 Could be better in this respect Top up of shampoo and lotion, coffee creamer, paper cups and one day coffee pretty slack. Had to go to front desk for items Otherwise was pleasant and would stay again Unfortunately the hot tub was not working but pool and hot tub were available at the next door complex No restaurant but plenty around to choose from Breakfast available to preorder at the desk then pick up after 0630 in the am

Absolutely the worst hotel I have stayed in

Pros: NOTHING!!~!!!
Cons: Tear it down
Staff was not helpful. Rooms, hallways and lobby were very old and dirty. Staff would not clean the room or leave new linens unless you left the "make up room" sign outside on the door knob. Never seen this before. No sign - no cleaning.

Simple accommodations in Banff

Location: It's a few blocks walk to all the action in downtown Banff. Convenient when the weather is fine.
Hotel is fine - a little older looking, but clean and quiet. It's a few blocks from the downtown action, but that makes it quiet. Parking is a little cramped, but sufficient. We spend most of the time out and about, so this was fine for our needs.

Great stay and location. Check in was so easy and fast with very friendly staff. Great to see they (hotel staff) have made changes for Covid 19 for staff and guest safety. Also our stay was made even better with amazing A/C as we visited Banff on days it was 30 Celsius. Will be back again!
