Was definitely 5*. All the staff were friendly & helpful. Food was great in both the Bistro & Restaurant. Room was immaculate with clean linen, towels & complimentary items. Drinks are a bit pricey. Hotel is well located for getting around, and our room on 12th floor was quiet.

Lovely hotel. Staff were fantastic. Visited the restaurant and bar for 3 days. Rooms were lovely. All the staff we came into contact with couldn't have been nicer and done more for you.
