"A small group of us were traveling on business. We were so lucky to find Wheels Up Cottage, the property is amazing and the cottage is meticulously maintained. The host was very good at communicating, and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Although we were on a business trip, I could see how Wheels Up would be great for a recreational stay. I would give this cottage a 10 star rating instead of 5 if VRBO allowed it."

"We booked the stay and recieved all of the confirmation emails like we should. Had it scheduled and got a message to contact the owner prior to getting there so we could get instruction son how to get in. Took a few tries to get the owner but when we did we found out the owner had no idea we were staying there and the house had been closed and winterized. He was out of town and his manager was out of town. Sorry about you luck. The only good thing about the stay was that we are local so we just went somewhere else. If I were coming in from out of state driving or flying somehwere i would have been up the creek. There is nothing else in the area. Each group seems to blame the other but. This property is owned by one persona and managed by a firm that posts properties on VRBO. not vrbo's fault. just to many hands in the cookie jar with little concern for the actual customer in my opinion."

"This was a quick one night on our way to Yellowstone. We never saw a person when checking in, everything was handled via email and they left an envelope for us at the office. We had already been out 8 days and the on-site laundry was great! The room was small but had absolutely everything we needed. Two comfortable chairs, a table, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. If I’m ever in the area again I would definitely stay here. Karen B"
