The hotel really took into consideration about young children, had activities and a few toys in restaurant, every member of staff was amazing with the children, also we stayed in a lovely spacious family room The was a lot of choice for breakfast which was great for the children and adults too

Great location
Brilliant hotel in a great location for the Nec, train station or the airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We had a family room which was very spacious. We will definitely stay here again

That’s the 2nd ibis I’ve stayed in , cold uncomfortable and the food was vile , there will not be a 3 rd time , I do London 4 star for half the price every month.

Friendly, helpful and clean Hotel, also just a few minutes walk to the train station and a very short train ride to the Birmingham Bull Ring shopping centre. Overall a very pleasant experience and value for money hotel.

I had a wonderful stay with my colleagues at your hotel and would like to share my positive experience. Firstly, Paulina(Hope I spelt her name correctly) at the reception was incredibly helpful and resulted problems for us. Secondly, the hotel's convenient location within walking distance of NEC was a major plus . Lastly, the fact that the restaurant remains open until 9:30 pm was not only convenient but also allowed us to enjoy delicious meals at our convenience. Overall, the excellent service and amenities made my stay truly enjoyable. Thank you for providing such a pleasant experience!
