Our room was very cold and noisy. Windows are old. We felt the draft & cold, heard noises (from the street: as cars, people were passing etc) all the time.

Still as bad as ever
I stayed last year (2023) overnight and i have to say it hasnt improved. This time i had a ground floor room facing the ring road. Sound proofing was non existent. Its a busy road all night long and you can bear everything. You can hear people talking as they walk passed its that bad. The mattress was like lumpy jelly, absolutely no support whatsoever. The window blind doesnt keep the light out completely. Usually you want black out curtains. Dont book/check in when Wolves are playing at home. You wlnt be able to park. Car park is an additional cost not mentioned at the time of booking. I wasnt charged last time i stayed but maybe i should have been. Toilet seat was broken. This was definitely my last stay, twice is enough. There are bettter places, cheaper, that can give you what you need.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in!
The room is awful stains on the floor looks like dirt or worse and on the corridor and staircase before you enter the room. Dirt all down the corners of the room. The towels were stained but lucky never used them. The shower had an appliance hanging out of the wall and the bed was so uncomfortable. The staff were rude even when we checked in spoke to us with an attitude. When I pulled them up on there behaviour towards us they spoke to us politely. Not a great first impression. We left the earliest we could not even worth the money even if it’s cheap. It’s dirty and not kept clean even to a minimum standard. When we left I had to wash my clothes and have shower straight away we’re we went next because I felt so dirty.
