Extremely pleasant staff and Nice hotel

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. We had problem with our reservation and the front desk was very accommodating and pleasant to work with for the entire transaction which I appreciated. The rooms are nice and great for long stays. It was so close to the Morrison Center that it made it great to leave the musical and go back to the room. There are restaurants and bars within a short distance which also made the hotel a great option.

Nice Downtown access

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
This hotel is always clean and friendly. Close to many restaurants and nightlife convenient to downtown Boise. Rooms are quiet and comfortable.

Amazing Customer Service in a Difficult Situation

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
My family stayed in McCall for the Christmas Holidays and when a winter storm warning was issued, we packed up and headed to Boise. Three family members flew out on Tuesday but my daughter, 20 mo granddaughter and I were flying out on Wednesday. The staff at the Towneplace Suites were so gracious and gave us a very nice suite along with a crib for the baby. Because this part of our trip was unplanned and we weren't flying out until late afternoon the manager allowed us to use the room until the shuttle picked us to go to the airport. All of the staff was so understanding and truly went above and beyond for us. We'll be staying there again in June for a high school graduation.

Great value

Pros: Free breakfast, Quiet
Not really expecting a fantastic hotel in Boise. It was just going to be an overnight stop on a longer road trip. But this exceeded our expectations. We were traveling with two small children, and it worked out just great. The facilities were more than adequate, and the staff were delightful. Would stay there again.

Nice rooms

My king studio suite had a lot of room even with full refrigerator, microwave, counter/sink. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The room would work well for an extended stay. My room faced Capitol Blvd, so there was some traffic noise despite double-pan windows. You might want to ask for a room on the back side. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A good value especially for extended stay.

Wonderful Hotel and Staff

Will definately stay again. Inviting hotel overlooking downtown Boise. Everything about our stay was wonderful.

Very nice hotel across from Boise State U.

The people at the desk were friendly. The hotel room was very nice and clean. Had no issues or problems at all. There's a nice restaurant called Papa's Joe like next door to the hotel which I recommend if you want a quick bite of Italian food. The hotel is across the street from Boise State University, which was why I choose this hotel. I will stay in this hotel on my next visit. I highly recommend this one.
