Our hot tub and pool are maintained daily to ensure that the chemicals are optimal for our valued guests. Unfortunately, it takes 3 hours for the hot tub to reach the desired temperature. Piss poor service got a call at 10:30 at night to come to front desk and prove this was my room. Told manager he could come to my room and I had to show him my on line booking because he had no record of it and did not even know I had been checked into room. Wow Stupidity just doesn’t cover it. Piss poor nights sleep because staff can’t do there Job.

Our room was not cleaned properly, there was so much drywall damage, poorly matched paint, the bathroom fixtures were falling apart (loose shower head, shower curtain rod nearly detached from the wall, plumbing escutcheon cover falling off the wall), furniture looks as if it was upcycled furniture. For over $200 a night, we were very disappointed. We could have spend half the money at a nicer hotel.
