Staff were super friendly, very nice and helpful. Hot tub was broken for 2 of 3 nights. Also, the room we were assigned was near the laundry room and loud at night (sound proofing could be improved at this property)?

Charged me more than Travelocity pre booked price. Hot tub didn't work. Room was great, breakfast delicious. Staff was very nice.

The property was clean, sleek, modern, and located centrally. We stayed in three hotels for our trip to Yellowstone and I felt more comfortable in this one. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel issues

Pros: Location
Cons: They should have closed the hotel during renovations.
Location: Location was the only good thing about it
Hotel under renovation..noisy. Housekeeping would come in after 3 pm if at all, room was dirty. Had to have the key reprogrammed 3 times during 6 day stay. Parking an issue due to heavy equipment blocking spaces. Closest elevator to my room closed because of floor installation. Room faced two walls which were construction. WORST hotel room I have ever stayed in. I could have stayed somewhere for much less money. The only thing I can say positive was the office staff and breakfast people were nice. I would NEVER recommend this hotel. Rates should have been reduced during the on going renovations. Couldn’t change hotels because I prepaid. Won’t do that again.

They overbooked so we LOST our reservation!!

Our experience was terrible with Travelocity as well as the Marriott! Our daughter was graduating from college, in Bozeman. We were traveling from out of town, and suddenly we get an email from Travelocity telling us that they overbooked and we were out! This is the 2nd time Travelocity has done this to us!!

Nice but pricey for Bozeman.

Pros: Locattion is good and it's pet friendly.
Overall the hotel is great, just a poor experience upon check-in. We had just driven three hours from Missoula and while checking in my wife asked if there was a restroom in the lobby. The person checking us in said "no" and I told her there is one right down the hall and the clerk said "there is no restroom in the lobby". Well, there is one about fifty feet down the hall across from the pool but he seemed adamant that we shouldn't use it. Not exactly a good customer experience.
