Okay for a quick stop
Bryce Pines was okay for a 1 night stop if you're passing through or visiting Bryce Canyon but longer wouldn't be ideal.
Check-in closes at 7, which was fine as they left the key and documents at reception for me but when I received an email telling me this it did put me in a tizz. When reception closes that's it. Nothing is open. Even the restaurant was closed and we weren't expecting that as the next sign of life is within the Canyon village itself.
The room was clean but dated. The aircon/heater was very loud so we turned it off. The bed was comfy but sagged in the middle and felt much smaller than a normal queen size.
We had an issue with the shower in the morning and couldn't figure how to turn it on but reception helped sort that out. But beware the shower is small, I'm only 5'7" and had to squat to fit underneath.
There was no hairdryer in the room, I had to use the aircon to dry it. There was no kettle but there was a coffee machine but my partner said it came out a little murky.
So all in all, it was okay for a pitstop but make sure you bring snacks.
