Awesome hotel, we had out flight cancelled and called at last minute. By the time we got to the hotel, they knew my name and ushered us to a great room. The staff was friendly and accomplished. Great restaurants were close to the hotel and the staff directed us to them! Five stars for sure! Excellent!

As soon as you book your reservation, they contact you via What’s App. Communication is excellent. They can give you options to get from airport to hotel and also arrange the transportation. They arranged a driver and his communication was excellent. Hotel is a cute modern vibe hotel. Rooms spacious and bathrooms luxurious. Great little restaurant with an outdoor atrium with the best lattes. The ENTIRE staff is super friendly and helpful. This hotel is not in the historic area, but in a “trendier” area that you can walk to. They arranged for a cab to pick us up to the cruise ship port (about 15 minutes away and $16 US on 2/17). Great experience.

The staff were wonderful. The room was large, comfortable and clean. Amenities were great. We had a late evening flight. We were able to check out, store our luggage and use the pool and shower before leaving for the airport. Food in restaurant was terrific.

Our accommodations were beyond expectations. The hotel is very clean and the employees are friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was delicious! Any reservations, directions or car service we needed was handled and went flawlessly! I would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly. I would come back and stay here again.

Staff were fantastic. They went above and beyond to help my family during our three day stay by helping order Ubers, pizza, and were always very responsive when we needed anything. Frederico even got drenched holding an umbrella for my wife and daughter when getting into a cab in a tremendous rainstorm! Fabulous hotel and I will definitely stay there again if I find myself in Buenos Aires in the future.

The staff at the hotel is outstanding and their attentive care to the details is supported by hotel policies that help rather than hinder their performance. Policies such as turn down and chocolates at night, longer breakfast hours with a full freshly made breakfast with table service and a bar/restaurant open all hours and fully staffed to support the needs of the traveller. Policies that existed in many high end hotels pre-covid but appear to have vanished. Highly recommend the place for a comfortable, high-touch stay.
