Flight Review

Mar 9, 2020

I didn't like that I was encouraged to check my bag when it would have fit in the overhead, especially since it was a sparsely populated plane.

Mar 2, 2020

All was Excellent!

Feb 23, 2020

Tray table was dirty. No snack offered on a 6 hour flight.

Feb 19, 2020

Some staff members need to show they like their job and leave their bad humour when they board the plane

Feb 13, 2020

Feb 12, 2020

My son is deaf and there was no closed captioning for the movies

Feb 2, 2020

Mix-up on the need for a wheelchair. They delivered the wheelchair to the gate but no one to push it. A fellow passenger helped us.

Jan 30, 2020

Great flight, easy and comfortable and ahead of schedule. Take off on time.

Jan 12, 2020

ORD gate agent was a bit salty, but other than that, all good.

Jan 7, 2020

Would love to see actual limits used on size and number for on board luggage. most are using hard large suitcases that I am sure would not fit in the measuring rack at airport and often have a large knapsack/purse as well. Also would like to see the back of the plane board first as it is frustrating for the stewards to have to crawl back and forth trying to find room for the oversized on board luggage and only to have to try and pass everyone in the aisle trying to get to the back of the plane to their seats. These people are now in the way of the stewards trying to removing the luggage forward to retag and fit under the plane. Not sure if the luxury folks in the front enjoy being jostled for 20 minutes by bodies and luggage being moved about. I think I would be frustrated. Start by picking out the large luggage at boarding and say no this has to go under the plane immediately instead of waiting until the plane aisle is crammed with bodies and luggage. I think more comfortable for fliers, and steward staff. They work very hard and shouldn't have to be struggling with oversized luggage and little space. Unless it is a guitar/violin or delicate/fragile it should go under if it won't fit in the sizing rack.

Dec 27, 2019

Flight was delayed on the return back. But I understand it was more of a safety concern. Thank you.

How to get through airport security fast when traveling to Montreal

Your adventure to Montreal begins as soon as you've completed the security checks. Here are some handy tips to make sure you get through quickly:

  • Airport security staff will ask to see your passport and boarding pass as part of their checks. Have them in a convenient place, so they're ready for inspection.
  • It's useful to know that belts with metal buckles can set off the body scanner's alarms. If you have one on, you may be told to take it off before continuing.
  • Ensure your phone, laptop and other electronic devices are easily accessible. These items need to be sent through the X-ray machine in separate tubs.
  • When it comes to traveling with liquids or gels, each passenger is allowed a quart-sized clear zip-lock bag to keep containers no bigger than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters).
  • Safety boots and other heavy shoes are typically X-rayed by security personnel. It might be wise to wear simple sneakers instead.
  • Some countries have strict biosecurity laws. Think about where you're headed to and whether or not you're permitted to travel with fresh fruit.
