Loved the location!!! You couldn’t ask for a better staff namely Maxim and Dominick couldn’t have been any nicer and helpful to us.

Clean property, attentive to customers. Bilingual staff which communication a plus. My event was walking distance from the hotel which added special touch.

The staffs n services is excellent, I drink lots water, they always have water keep up in my room,this is our first family trip to Montreal, very please with the comfy of the bed, the area of the hotel very convenient to get around, over all, will surely recommend n stay in this hotel , thank you Sofitel staffs for making our stayed so comfortable, cleanliness is outstanding

Very friendly customer service Rooms,are amazing & Bathroom 5 stars No disturbance had sound sleep,bed is so comfortable ,i would come back at this hotel next time too
