The room was smaller than I expected and the pool needed some attention as the surface was slippery making it difficult to get out.

Staff were fantastic from check-in, to dealing with a safety issue, they listened and they acted to solve the problem for us. The Accessible room was fantastic with a lovely view. It has been rare lately to have the room made up so promptly and efficiently during a stay. Thoroughly recommended!

All good in the ‘hood, although on one occasion I was accosted by an indigenous person asking for money who got agro and called me a “land grabba” when I explained I dont carry cash and refused to go to an ATM. …just be careful when you go up the street at night on your own. I’m married to an indigenous person and he was lucky she was not with me when this happened…but ‘all good in the hood’ — I would definitely stay here again
