My hotel room was beautiful and convenient. Staffs were friendly and was provided with more info regarding the area. Also the bar staff (male) was very helpful as I had dropped £10 while ordering drinks and he was really kind to hold it and rerurned back to me. Foods were fresh and homemade. Thank you

I liked the fact it was a walkable distance from city centre and had carvery and steak grill on sight especially if you are female and travelling on your own

The facilities are just ok. It may have been renovated recently but it was done cheaply (tiles glued on tiles in bathroom) and with no attention to detail, it started outdating already. Remote control for TV was very dirty, windows had mould on frames. It wasn’t bad but we definitely will not be staying there again. On the other hand we liked food and staff was really nice. The staff is dedicated to their job. Restaurant is very nicely decorated but toilets in the bar leave a lot to wish for.

Lovely weekend.
The staff were lovely, especially the restaurant staff in the morning for breakfast. There was a lovely lady serving breakfast who remembered what we had each morning and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean but could do with a bit of an update.

Excellent staff service, we ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel on two days and couldn't fault the staff. Friendly, helpful nothing was too much effort.

The room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was great - fresh fruits salad, cheese, ham, bread or hot cooked English breakfast. Great access to the Canterbury city centre.
