Not ready for Guests with wheelchair

Hotel went through rehab we called 2x before arriving to make sure they were ready for H/c guests. Our res was messed up which they tried to remedy. There was no H/c access to pool had to go through open construction site to get wheelchair to pool. Loud construction noise at pool. Food service at pool terrible and mayonnaise left out in hot sun. No H/C transportation to town available after calling to make sure it was. Driver Jay was great helping us lift husband into van. If they had told the truth and said they weren't ready we would have changed travel dates. It could have been that easy. Indoor pool and other restaurant not open, along with gym. Very disappointed. We had stayed there several times before with old owners and it was great then. When it is done it will probably be great but we won't see it.
