So, for the first 3 days our door didn’t work and we got told it was us storing the key cards wrong (despite not keeping them near our phones as advised) to then finally have a member of staff realise the door was broken. This is after trying to call from the floor and no answer. Then our own personal cutlery and bowls were stolen, to be laughed at by staff and say they dont know! The shower doesn’t fit in the holder so spins , the bath doesn’t drain properly a you’re stood in water as showering To top it off the breakfast was cold and we were told there was nothing they could do but investigate! Despite having paid £17 per person for this Absolutely terrible experience wouldn’t recommend

I would definitely stay here again, preferably in the Spring/ Summer months though. Our stay was hampered by the bad weather and we hoped to be nearer the Millennium centre.

Family trip
Had a great weekend stay here. The staff were all great, very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. The windows could do with replacing as there was some road noise but it was fine. The breakfast was good, there was plenty of choice. Thank you!
