Wonderful Budget Friendly stay
We stayed one night on our way through to NC. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was on the first floor and was clean and very comfortable. The sheets were amazing for a hotel bed! The walls are a bit thin and we could hear the room next to us talking briefly. The worst was that they were up at 2:30am getting ready and we could hear the shower go off and on as everyone was getting ready. Would not have been an issue if it was a more normal time in the morning. The breakfast was typical continental with the waffle station, pastries, and cereal. They did offer scrambled eggs and sausage as well. There was an attendant so every thing seemed to stay in stock. We would stay here again, but knowing we are taking a risk with who we end up next to.

Next time, I'm bringing a stepladder. :)
Pros - excellent service, room was very clean, really great water pressure, no random weird smells or noises Cons - drink vending machine had the change and bill slots taped over to only accept bills at a 6% tax, but it didn't matter because it was completely sold out. Breakfast was disappointing. Completely hilarious, but might be helpful to others - the bed in my room was pretty high, like waist level. I'm 5'4. I had to move the ottoman over to the bed, and use it as a step to then get onto the bed. Picture a little kid climbing a jungle gym, go ahead. Laugh. I did. Oh, and every morning I would have forgotten about the height, so just picture a toddler going down a slide.....

I was about to go to to sleep and a roach decided to hang out with us on the night stand. He was way too comfortable so we decided to leave at 1 am to go to another hotel. We notified the front desk when we were leaving and the attendant was too high to even speak in understandable sentences, so she definitely wasn’t any help. She told us they exterminated the building next door but didn’t believe there were any roaches in that building even though we had photo evidence. Save your money!!!!!!
