Flight Review

Feb 26, 2020

My suitcase was chewed up. Two of the plastic buttons on the back got ripped off and left holes. A third one got got almost ripped off, so it is dangling with another hole now ripped in it. I'm not happy about it.

Jan 27, 2020

Seats are too cramped and boarding is slow. Some passengers got ear buds, others did not get them offered.

Dec 29, 2019

It wasn't my delayed flight, but loved the snacks and service provided to those passengers. Your staff was excellent in all areas! :)

Once we board and was on the runway we got held up for 45 minutes because of something happening in Denver.

Sep 15, 2018

I was almost late date to close rescheduling but the great attendant got me on the plane. Melissa, stewardess, seemed to have personal care for everyone. Get more like her!

Best pilot ever

Jul 19, 2018

Booked through travelocity and was told with package I could not have access to overhead bin. When I arrived I was told that I could have used the overhead bin. So I paid $25 and then will have to pay again. Adding another $25. Not happy with this at all. Ridiculous.
