The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant. The pool area was beautiful and breakfast included was excellent. Atmosphere was so relaxing. Room and bathroom were large and refreshed every day. Walking distance to everything as it’s in the Old City inside the walls and only 10 minutes from airport. I would definitely stay here again

An oasis within the old city! A beautiful hotel with excellent service and attention to detail. We particularly enjoyed the restaurant (breakfast, tea and dinner) the spa (jet leg and happy feet massages) and the pools (central and private room). Also loved the hotel’s tasteful decor with its beautiful gardens and floral touches throughout. A shout out to the door and front desk staff for their warm welcome and kindness and to Best and the other fantastic restaurant staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Highly recommend this hotel.

The Inside House made our trip to Chiang Mai! The staff were absolutely amazing and I would like to give a big shout out to Best and Som for making our stay even more special! The complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea added an extra special touch - the food was absolutely delicious! The spa is a must-do as well for a Thai or Jet Lag Massage! The inside house was a beautiful property with gorgeous amenities and a kind staff. We enjoyed our private pool and the incredible bath products. We also had the best massage of our trip at their spa. Finally, the food was delightful!

I can honestly say this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in...pretty much in the world! We stayed in the corner king unit...I dream of going back! The food is so unbelievably good and they don't miss one step of hospitality! Tommy is the greatest concierge you could ever wish for! They took such great care in our experiences and all the guests experiences! This is the only hotel to stay in when you are in Chiang Mai! Old city hotel with a gorgeous romantic energy

Calming and Beautiful Oasis
This place is a hidden gem. It is so beautiful with lots of thoughtful touches that make this an oasis of calm in a busy town. Service was very attentive and the food was fabulous. The bedding was very comfortable, but the bed was very firm. We loved how easy it was to get around to all the spots in the old city.

Hands-down our best stay in all of Thailand! I enthusiastically recommend The Inside House. The service is top-notch and the rooms are exactly as pictured. It was our honeymoon, and they went above and beyond to make it special for us. Breakfast and afternoon tea are included every day of your stay, and the food is delicious!! Overall an incredible value for what you pay for, we couldn't believe that it was included in the room price! Definitely book your stay here -- you will not regret it!

The staff was very attentive. They remembered how I like my morning coffee. Enjoyed the beauty of the courtyard. The afternoon tea was a really unexpected pleasure. The bed was firm, the sheets crisp, the water hot and the pool delightful.
