Room incorrect. Switch to another room. Fold out bed broke. Ask for extra linens before arrive via message days before. Check in late. One gentleman helpful and got us another room. VERY DISAPPOINTED

I was disappointed that in booking through Travelocity the fee for having our dog overnight wasn't made available. I booked knowing the night was non-refundable, but I never thought the fee for a one night stay for our dog would be $75! I have never paid that much for my dog - this should have been noted. When calling the hotel, they asked if I had checked their website (which I hadn't). Their response was because I booked through a 3rd party vendor, they were not responsible for the content of the website. I checked and discovered the $75 fee covers up to 6 nights. It's disappointing that they couldn't have a fee established for a 1 night stay. That would have been much more reasonable. I will not be booking my hotel stays through travelocity in the future.

I and a few others had to wait 10 minutes in the lobby for the check-in clerk to be a break. He was very hard to understand with poor English and he wanted me to write my email down on a piece of paper on the counter that was laying out in the open for all to see?? No explanation.
