We pay for a double room and we got a single room, also check in supposed be at 4PM but they make us wait almost until 5PM :(

The hotel is definitely showing its age right now. They desperately need to update. Since it is heavily used by families with kids, it probably never really gets the deep cleaning it needs from time to time to keep it looking nicer. Just don't look too closely at things and you'll be fine. Beds are firm around the edges and then sink quite a bit in the middle. Again, I think they are showing their age and need updating. I recommend keeping the fan on in the room constantly to help mellow out any other hotel noise, but that's my general recommendation for any hotel. They do a good job providing options for breakfast. Travelocity makes staying here a bit more affordable than buying packages through the hotel site. Just do some comparative shopping to make sure you're getting the best price either way. I did buy waterpark/"dry" activity passes through the hotel because they were discounted compared to the waterpark desk. My family is a huge fan of the waterpark/other stuff.

The water park is excellent and the other activities are fun and reasonably priced. The beds were very comfortable. Staff members served hot complimentary breakfast which was tasty and the staff were very kind and professional in every interaction. HOWEVER, there were children, teenagers and some adults running and bellowing in the hallway outside our room and on the floor above way past what I expect to be quiet time in a hotel, which is 10 pm. Ideally people should be quiet in the halls after 8 or 9 pm, but after 10 pm its ridiculous! It wasn't just one group either. There was a lot of running, stomping feet, yelling, loud outbursts etc.

Good size rooms and breakfast. Didn't like chlorine smell from water park and that 2 adults no kids were put in a room next to the funplex. Had to wear ear plugs.
