We got stuck in the parking area in front of this motel, thick ruts of mud and snow and we couldn’t even get out of our truck without stepping up to our ankles in mud. The baseboard heat didn’t work properly, we had to keep getting up during the night to either turn it up or down. Never did find hot water to shower. We finally left.

Beautiful resort. We stayed in a cabin, small, but had all we needed for 1 night. Easy drive from the Starlight Outdoor Theater, which is why we’re there. Very well maintained. Sheets were silky and very comfortable but could use new pillows, wish I had brought mine. Overall very pleased with our stay.

After booking in the small 4-plex motel then reading more reviews, we upgraded to a cabin (#10) and are glad we did. It was cute and comfortable and in the perfect area to visit the Sawtooths the next day. Since the GPS doesn’t work well there and takes you to a private residence with the address, it would be wise to improve with detailed driving directions to the resort office. An explanation about how guests may obtain access to the great pool would also be helpful and time saving. The big shallow area is ideal for small kids!

We are sorry you didn't have a good experience. In regard to the pool, we recently had floods due to rain and snow melt that got into the geothermal line and one of our pumps burnt up. We unfortunately were down for two weeks trying to get the pump fixed and get the pool cleaned from the flooding. We would like to know why you feel our facility is run down. Please give us your reasons why you feel this way so that we can address the situation. Thank you.

We stayed one night. The motel staff were awesome. They we very nice and the food served in the restaurant was great. The big disappointment was the room size. Room was extremely small. The mattress was very uncomfortable. Nobody wants to stay in a room and sleep on an uncomfortable mattress after a long day. Last and least, the bathroom in our room doesn’t have a fan! It’s extremely needed to dehumidify the room and bathroom after using the shower. Thank you

We are sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay. Thank you for your response. Our mattresses are only three years old and we have had a lot of people tell us that they are very comfortable, so we will look into the one you are talking about. Unfortunately the rooms are small, but most of our guests only need a room to sleep in because they are out enjoying the rest of the resort. We hope you come back to see us and look into staying in one of our Cabins or our Condos.
