Great stay at the Best Western in Maryland! The staff was welcoming and accomodating. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were quiet and comfortable. The rate for this hotel was extremely reasonable.

This is one of the worst experience I ever had with a hotel. Once I arrived at the hotel parking lot, I thought that I came in a ghetto with very cheap and unclean people and activities. I drove 14 hours and took the room to relax. There were no microwave and no fridge in the room. I asked them if I could use a microwave in the lobby to warm up something and, I was told NO. They do not serve breakfast either. It costs $15.00 per person to have breakfast. The list goes on and on.

Dear Guest, .I apologize that you encountered a bad experience at our hotel. We have a lounge on our property. All of our guestrooms do not have fridges and microwaves. We do have microwave in the lobby area that you could have used. We are in the process of retraining out staff to deliver customer service and when you return you will see an improvement
