downtown hotel peaceful

Cons: wifi in room poor
Location: next to a major mall and restaurants
Hotel has nice location in downtown Davao City Cafe Frances has nice buffet which has fresh omelets and a good selection of fruit and rice and meat and vegetable dishes along with coffee and tea. The wifi is good downstairs but at least in my room on the 11th floor it was extremely poor verging on useless. There is an option for premium upgrade which I used for a day and then it stopped being available. Staff is super friendly and available. Front desk will do basics like printing and scanning
