"The staff is very friendly and always made sure we had what we needed. We were told that due to COVID our room would not be cleaned daily, which is understandable. The nice thing about that was that the staff would send text messages periodically to check in and ask if we needed anything. When we did they were very prompt about it. Overall the service was phenomenal. I would definitely stay at the Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel again. "
