A very nice place to stay, would probably stay there again if I ever get back to Honolulu. The only thing I didn’t like was the surprise $50 resort fee. I had no problem with paying it but would have like to known when I booked the rooms.

Room service never showed up to clean our rooms. Had to ask twice and they still didn’t show up. Settled for clean towel to get through. Bed didn’t even have a fitted sheet on it. Bathroom shower had water damaged and a hole in the ceiling. Bedroom overall had a weird smell. Was very disappointed is the overall cleanliness. Wouldn’t recommend going here.

In our room we had a nice box of chocolates on our desk. Every other day they would text and ask if there is anything we need or can do for us. Our charging station wasn’t working very good texted them at the front desk and within 20 minutes they had a maintenance person change the plug. Our housekeeper was very friendly. Went to the front desk one night at 2am to see if they had tums for the reflux I had and Roxane gave me some of her own tums. Emerson, the front desk person was one of the friendliest people I have ever met, he took his time to look up some info for me to how much to stay for a month wrote it down. We had a few laughs together. On our last day the water main broke Emerson gave us a hospitality room to shower etc. gave us a late checkout on charge. Keana, who works at the pool, met her last year, and when I saw her we both had a big hug, she was so happy to see me again and visa versa had a big hug. She amplifies the true Hawaiian spirit a beautiful young lady. I would highly recommend The Twin Fin Hotel.

There was a water main break during our stay and we were without water for a good portion of one day. Although that was not the hotels fault they didn’t offer any bottled water to be used during that time. There were 2 complimentary waters but there were 3 people in our hotel. Once the water came in it tasted funny & was dirty.
