HALE KONA KAI UNIT 212 SPECIAL FEATURES: This unit has uv film added to the living room window and sliding glass door. The film goes a long way to mitigate the heat stemming from the late afternoon direct sun into the unit.

Hale Kona Kai 212 has a large wraparound lanai that sits at the very edge of the water! This oceanfront property offers unobstructed views of the Kona coastline. Sit on your lanai and watch spinning dolphins year around and humpback breaching just offshore during the winter and spring months. Turtles and eels find plenty of sustenance in the tide pools. Wake up and fall asleep to the calming sound of the ocean.
This unit is beautifully updated. Featured amenities include central AC for those extra warm nights and high speed wifi, a necessity for "working" remotely where Zoom conference calls may be necessary.

Hale Kona Kai is an abslolute oceanfront condominium complex right on the ocean in the heart of Kona. It is a short walk to anything you need; restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beaches. An elevator provides easy access. The property boasts a heated salt water pool and BBQ area. Laundry rooms are available on each floor.

Get ready for awesome!
My wife and I stay in Hawaii twice a year for the last 40 years. This unit is now at the top of our list. It is so close to the crashing waves that you feel the water. Tracy with Kona beach properties was just fabulous to deal with. Very professional and quick responses. We rented three units in this complex, one was from casa go. Never again from them. Everything was great. Our favorite place on the island. Perfect location for us and anyone that comes with us. It is good to see that the maintenance issues have been totally corrected. The air conditioner was set to cold and it was too cold so I set it warmer. Never thought I would say that.

When On-the-Rocks is a good thing
This condo is lovely. Amazing views, very comfortable bed, nice Hawaiian decor, even a beautiful cotton Hawaiian quilt. Portable air conditioning in living and bedrooms worked well even on very warm days. The front yard has waves crashing on the lava rocks below, tang feeding, surfers lining up for a wave, cruise ships, interesting life in the tide pools and local fishermen who are very nice and knowledgeable about the fish and tides. So many things to love about this condo. The parking spot is very close. We rarely used the elevator. There are laundry facilities on each floor. Thanks for being our home base for an amazing Anniversary trip to Hawaii. M & A

We had a perfect stay at this condo on the ocean. Description was accurate. A few steps to restaurants and Kona center, but off the main road so no street noise. Everything you need was available in the condo: kitchen supplies, beach items etc. We would gladly stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful view, comfortable condo!
The condo is lovely and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! The views were incredible, and we loved watching the sunsets from the lanai while listening to the ocean. Check in was very smooth. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Nice little condo
Perfect location for walking into town without being in the heart of it. Appreciated that the bedroom door was closed with the air conditioning on when we arrived. It kept the bedroom at an ideal temperature for sleeping. The lanai was perfect for watching the sun set.
