Good location and excellent oceanfront rooms, but service leaves much to be desired. The bell staff often engages in long conversations with other employees, leading to delays, such as taking 10-15 minutes to store or retrieve luggage. As a travel lover who stayed at more than 500 hotels, this is quite rare for Hyatt to happen. Totally unexpected.

CONSTRUCTION NOISE !
Beware that hotel is building a third tower and the construction noise is horrible. Nowhere on their website did they mention about ongoing construction. The first room they put us in had a shared wall with elevator and we couldn’t sleep because of constant noise from elevator. Later we moved to another room where A/C unit was making sounds from hell during night time even when you turn it off! Basically we didn’t sleep at all during our 7night vacation. On top of it- everything is extremely dated and falling apart in their rooms. Gross !

Excellent location. The property is getting old and it’s in need of major upgrades. Still well maintained. Very close to everything! Better get used to crowds because it will be busy everywhere you go!

Stay was good However Bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were not comfortable , my wife and I had to get a massage and her bad is still bad
