Only downsides are you can't swim right off of propert in ocean and you must pay for parking. Otherwise rooms are clean and comfy. Not luxary but nice. Great lanai's that are huge and awesome views and sound of ocean. If you happen to be located seminear delivery area, you will hear them startingabout 630AM Hawaiin time. If you are mainlander it isn't that bad because you're used

The thing I didn’t like about the property was, I didn’t know but they charged $25 every day to park at their place. And there’s no place near to park the car and walk so that was an extra expense. I did like the bar atmosphere there I also liked The room service that was good.

Not great.

This property is not in the best condition. There are many cracks in the concrete of the balcony, no privacy between balconies, appeared very dated despite what I read was a renovation in recent years. The location is great, the complementary Mai tai was good! The pool is small but fine with a nice view of the waves. Service was fine, not anything to write home about. Experience was fair but would not stay here again.

The hotel was under construction, which I was aware of when I booked, which gave us a fabulous discounted rate! The construction posed no issues at all; we heard their drills a few stops we stopped into our room during the day, but nothing to disturb us early morning or evening. The rooms were nice, slightly dated, but clean. The restaurant views are amazing!! We watched whales each morning at breakfast; dinner sunset was beautiful and the food was very good. Not a resort by any means if that is what you are looking for, however it was a beautiful, enjoyable stay! Well worth the price.

There were so many roaches in my room and the only response I got was “thank you for letting me know”. Also I booked a king bed and I was given a double twin. $350 for trash. Never ever staying here again.

We rented a room in the lagoon tower for 470$ US per night plus paid a 25$ resort fee plus 25$ for parking. The tower was under construction and the pond was gross. I expected alot more for the price. We were on the Big Island for a week and it was the most expensive and worse value of all places that we stayed.
