There is a HUGE construction site next door to the hotel and they do not stop at night. It is very loud and our initial room with the balcony was terrible because the noise came through very loud indeed. We complained on the first night (1am) and management upgraded us to a suite on the other side of the hotel with windows that do not open so they were better sealed. Unfortunately, it was a smoking room but it was the only one available- hence the high rating for the staff. Our stay overall was very good and we rated it highly because to be fair the hotel dealt with our complaint the best way they could. Valet staff were also lovely- always smiling. Lower score for the facilities: the restaurant was not good. However, room service was decent and made up for it.

Not the best stay for a 5 star hotel. Staff is wonderful. But they offer a Clun Lounge where you have to wait more than half an hour for breakfast. Not attention to details. We were 3 in a room and always 2 towers
