Excellent customer service ; spa services were amazing. Special request were made and for special occasion celebration and they were delivered without any hesitation and made happened. Amazing view to the iconic Burg Khalifa. Their in house restaurants had amazing food.

Besides the fact that is not easy to walk from the hotel to the Dubai Mall, this is really good option if you consider staying at Dubai Downtown. They have a Shuttle Service to the Dubai Mall but it not the same than walk there.
