Not sure if this motel has changed hands or not, but it certainly isn’t what it used to be! Booking mix up to start (but quickly sorted by the staff), and although generous, the food was very average and lukewarm chips are not nice; especially the prices that they charge for pub food. Our room was packed with flies and mozzies in which we spent an hour trying to spray them. The beds were comfy and the room is huge which is always a bonus. Unfortunately, the room was not very clean. The bar staff were terrific and were very generous when we asked for some ice for the room. Also unfortunately, we had a male cleaner bang (literally) on our door at 8.45am the next day!!.He obviously didn’t check to see if we had checked out or not. We have stayed here many times in the past, but will think twice next time which is a shame as the location is ideal.

Clean and very comfortable room. Staff very friendly and the meals were awesome. Located in an ideal position in town so you can walk bro anything you like
